Charter four

The fifth and sixth Mexican government charter "Peace Messenger" smooth departed from Shanghai Pudong Airport on April 23 and April 26. Behind this successful take-off, it's not just the tacit cooperation of our colleagues, but also the wise decision of the management. Let me tell you all about it in this article.

With the increasing demand for medical supplies all over the world, the number of passenger-to-cargo flights is increasing, and the supplies in air transport warehouses are saturated to burst. The charter flights in some countries cannot be transferred in time in the air freight warehouse and cannot arrive before the scheduled departure time, resulting in the aircraft returning empty-handed without receiving the goods. The management made a bold and wise decision at the beginning of this situation- to temporarily change our shipping warehouse to an air freight warehouse for receiving goods, use our own trucks to connect the airport to the warehouse. It avoids long storage and storage time, transportation congestion, etc., and has gained more time for subsequent inspection and
boarding.

For warehouse scene, the operational processes are not exactly the same for marine and air cargo warehouses. This is also the first time that the partners of the marine warehouse have come into contact with the related processes of air cargo discharge.

FS Shanghai specifically made the yellow paint on the pallets to distinguish between air cargo and sea cargo. The shipping warehouse partners are here to learn and help with the air freight labeling.

The medical supplies provided to the Mexican government by CHINA MEHENCO Co., Ltd. are in neat packaging and storage. The Mexican consulate personally came to inspect, verify, and take photos, and praised our professional services with great satisfaction.

FS Shanghai colleagues are stationed in the warehouse every day, keeping an eye on each box of goods to be delivered, and timely feedback is accurate, so that other colleagues can arrange follow-up work.
